Meet Our Team

Anna S. (She/her)

Anna has an extensive background in local and international community engagement, accompanied with an academic background in sociology, political science, public policy, international and sustainable community development. Anna enjoys working with different cultures and communities. She has conducted research and development both in her local community and internationally in Thailand, Peru, and Ecuador. She has a passion for working with communities to address social challenges, creating spaces for understanding and identifying opportunities for collaborative connections.

Adam C. (He/him)

With an academic background in natural resource management and public policy, Adam has worked in the energy and environmental sectors across western Canada, Chile and Ethiopia. Adam’s professional interests focus on improving decision-making and stakeholder engagement. His experiences working with community and resource stakeholders have driven him to seek out solutions for creating inclusive spaces, incorporating diverse perspectives in decision-making and improving community connection and interaction with the local and global environment.

Ros S. (He/Him)

Ros has experience working with all levels of government in Canada, the United States and with international non-profits. Prior to moving to Canada in 2016, Ros spent four years working in the United States Senate. He has experience working in the Canadian resources industry analyzing policy and supporting Indigenous relations. Ros enjoys using his experience in politics and industry to engage with diverse stakeholders and is always working to find common ground to make progress a reality.
